Who I am:

Hi I’m Paul Kinch and I am the founder of this boutique consulting business. I  have a wealth of  practical commercial experience gained at the highest level in a large Irish FMCG business with a Global Footprint where I held a main board position as Group Commercial Director.

My Commercial acumen has been rooted, honed and developed with over 25 years experience in framing and negotiating complex commercial deals in one of the toughest industries on the planet namely on the supply side of Food Retail. Over the past 3 years I have put all that extensive expertise, knowledge and experience to good use and have helped both start up and established business clients from a diverse range of sectors including FMCG , Fintech , Logistics and B2C.

My aim is to build long term relationships with my clients so that I can support and partner with them on a recurring basis which is driven by my genuine interest and commitment to their success .

What I do:

I have developed a comprehensive commercial modelling solution that delivers absolute crystal clear clarity and evaluates market opportunity ,route to market,  projected revenue and margin expectations for any business who is either established and wants to enter a new category or geography or a start up who need visibility around its sales, profitability and funding runway. I work in partnership with my clients tailoring the scope of each project to ensure the best possible outputs are delivered including a detailed and honest assessment of the opportunity, best approach and answering key questions around real market potential, cost of entry and P&L projections from pre trading to year 1 launch and then a 3 to 5 year horizon.

I have a strong desire in helping business succeed and grow as they enter new categories, sales channels or geographies by providing them with clear visibility from the outset as to what the ‘real world’ landscape looks like and how to frame a sustainable market entry strategy. I have developed a huge understanding and expertise around what makes business ‘tick’ commercially and the everyday challenges faced. My motivation is  to help my clients set themselves up for success by leveraging my experience, knowledge and extensive global reach. Having a strong commercial foundation in place is key to the success of any business and I can help my clients achieve this.
